Registration Instructions
|
To register on-line, click on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or All Events above to view the list of trips. Then click the "Register" button to the right of any trip to take you to the registration sign-up page. Once you enter your information and click "Register", you will be returned to the trip list to choose the events you wish to participate in.
Please register one person at a time so that everyone is accounted for effectively. Restart from the schedule page for each person. Do not use the "back" arrow button to return to the registration system. Use the "return to registration" button on the bottom of the on-line confirmation letter or restart the browser between orders. On-line registration requires a credit card number to be completed. Although you may receive a confirmation letter, you are not registered unless you have completed your registration by entering your credit card number. |
Registration fees and fee trips are paid for when you finish your trip selections and check out when registering on-line. If you need assistance or have a question please call 1-800-908-WING or (707) 826-7050. On-site registration for all events is at the Arcata Community Center. Pre-registrants may pick up their tickets and information there. If you register for events that begin before the on-site registration desk opens at 3pm on April 18th, your tickets will be mailed to you.
You must sign up for one of the basic registration options in order to select individual trips. If all of your events occur on one day you can select a One-day Registration option. You must be registered for at least a 1-day rate to participate in pre- and post-festival events (outside the Friday-Sunday core festival). Not otherwise registered and looking to attend a Sunday event? Stop by the Registration Desk on Saturday night to sign up for unfilled field trips at the cost of the trip only (no daily registration fee required).
Transportation on trips will be by carpool, unless indicated otherwise. Carpooling is encouraged to keep costs reasonable and provides the best flexibility. Riders should offer drivers a reasonable reimbursement for gasoline expense.
Cancellation Policy Registration fees and purchased trips canceled 2 weeks prior to the festival will receive a 100% refund.
Registration fees and purchased trips canceled 13 days or less prior to the festival will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds on cancellations once the festival has begun.
Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel events that fail to get a minimum number of participants.
Some boat trips have individual cancellation conditions and refund policies. |
